MINIMUMS

Our minimum order is 25 pieces and 10 pieces for every additional screen required.
Each color in every print location = 1 screen
If mixing garment styles, we require 10 pieces per variant.

TURNAROUND

Our standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from art approval & deposit for screenprinting, embroidery, and stickers. This does not include shipping lead time if we’re shipping your merch to you. Although we do our best to keep it consistent year-round, turnaround can fluctuate seasonally with demand.

Pins & patches average 10-15 business days from art approval & deposit. These products are produced overseas and turnaround can fluctuate seasonally with Chinese New Year.

PRICING BREAKS & STRUCTURE

We use break-less, fee-free pricing for screenprinting.
Instead of price breaks at arbitrary quantities,
each additional piece reduces your per-piece price.
No screen or setup fees, just one, simple per-piece price.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Vector-based art: Ensure any text in your art is converted to outlines or expanded. Acceptable file types include AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF.

Raster-based art: Resolution must be at least 300 DPI. Size your artwork to the size you’d like it printed. For full-size imprints, we recommend 12 inches wide. Acceptable file types include PSD, PDF, JPEG, and PNG.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

We will not produce pre-production samples.
We print to match proofs approved by customers prior to production.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED GARMENTS

Although we do some contract printing, most often we do not accept customer-supplied garments. We’re most willing to make exceptions for quantities of 100+ garments. If you’re interested in becoming a contract printing partner, please get in touch here.
