How it works:
1. Design
Great merch starts with great design. If you need help with design, we can help. Once design has been finalized, you’ll pick from Economy, Standard, Premium, or Organic garments. Based on the total print or embroidery locations and colors involved in your design, we’ll calculate your minimums and payouts.
2. Promote
When we’ve finalized your design, we’ll host a limited-time webstore with your merch. We recommend a 1-2 week pre-order period. While the store is open, you tell your fans how to support you.
3. Production & Fulfillment
After the pre-order period, if you’ve sold enough to satisfy minimums, we’ll begin production. We’ll ship your merch to your fans and send you money.
Pre-Order FAQs
How much does it cost?
We charge a setup fee of $30 / item to launch your pre-order store. After that, you don’t pay anything! We will sometimes waive this fee for returning customers, customers with a history of selling merch, or if we have good reason to believe you’ll hit your minimum.
What if I don’t hit the minimum?
You will have the choice to purchase the additional pieces needed to hit the minimum (at cost) or refund your buyers and cancel the project.
How long does it take?
We recommend collecting pre-orders over a 1-2 week period. After the pre-order ends, orders are typically printed or embroidered, packaged for fulfillment, and shipped within 7-10 business days. We’ll keep your buyers up-to-date with emails when the pre-order closes, when production is scheduled, and a tracking number when their order ships.
